This privacy policy applies to the waitlist and early access registration of Pulsory, a software product currently in development.

2. What data we collect
When you register for the Pulsory waitlist, we collect the following information:
- Work email address (required)
- Phone number (optional)
- Your answers to the qualification questions about your current absence follow-up process
- Your preferred language
We do not collect any special categories of personal data as defined under GDPR Article 9.
3. Why we collect it
We use the information you provide for the following purposes:
- To add you to the Pulsory waitlist, notify you when early access opens, and potentially reach out for a brief introductory conversation
- To improve the product based on the responses we receive
The legal basis for processing your data is your freely given consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), provided by submitting the waitlist form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@pulsory.ai.
4. How long we keep your data
We retain your data for as long as necessary to manage the waitlist and notify you of the product launch. If you ask to be removed, we will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
5. Who we share your data with
We use Web3Forms to process waitlist form submissions. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf and receives the information you submit through the form. Web3Forms processes this data solely to deliver it to us and does not use it for any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — you may request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — you may ask us to delete your data
- Restriction — you may ask us to limit how we use your data
- Objection — you may object to our processing of your data
- Portability — you may request your data in a portable format

7. Cookies and tracking
The Pulsory waitlist page does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics at this time.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when it was last changed. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes by email.
